Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges | We provide free exchanges on domestic orders.

Ordering online can be risky when you are unsure of the fit. Sometimes, despite the best information, things just don’t work out. Luckily we have an easy process for you to swap out your VK gear in a timely manner.

In order to exchange an item, you must first send an email to vk@vanderkitten.com with your order number or last name, or give us a call at 610-234-6149. If you are exchanging, we will send the replacement item immediately (if in stock) with a return envelope for the incorrect item.

Returns 

Please send us an email with your order number, and what you’d like to return. We will provide you with an RA (return authorization) number or a pre-addressed, postage paid label. Once received, we will refund your method of payment within 7 days or issue a store credit for orders over 30 days old.

International Orders:

We do not provide free shipping back to us for International returns or exchanges. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the item back to you at no charge First Class Mail. We do not refund any customs and/or duties charges incurred during the transaction.

Domestic Shipping

$7.10 Flat Rate on any order and free shipping on orders over $300. Either way get it within 1-3 business days in the U.S. during peak season. 

Non-USA Orders: We do our best to ship one, complete order to you. If an order contains an item that is backordered, Vanderkitten will ship in stock items separately, unless the backordered item is expected within 7 days of ordering, then Vanderkitten will ship the complete order when all items are in stock. $34.50 Flat Rate International Priority shipping on all orders.  **Trucker Hats and Transition Mats cannot be shipped together due to packaging constraints. 

Lost Shipments:

Once a package has been identified as lost, Vanderkitten will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes and/or shipping charges. We cannot guarantee the exact items originally ordered will be available again due the nature of our production cycles and limited item availability. Every effort will be made to find an acceptable resolution within our ability and within reason.

We ship worldwide through the US Postal Service (usps.com) using the address exactly as you provide it. We ship only with full customs disclosure to ensure the timely delivery of your items.
